Chief Constable of Merseyside, Serena Kennedy visited the PAL CENTRE. The Chief was updated by the President Mr Sarfraz Ali, MBE with the history of the PAL CENTRE. The Chief Constable promised to engage more with the ethnic communities, especially with the youth.
